Discuss & Design

Before making samples, we will first understand your target market, product style, required process, budget and time.

You can send us one or more of the following:
Measurements of the fit you’d like to acheive or send us a fit reference garment (can be from any brand as long as you like the fit) and we will measure it and send it back to you Sketch, drawing or pictures of your design details and target wash Techpack if you have one

At the same time we show our clients how we can achieve your goals.

We will ask what kind of fabric composition and weight you are looking for. Our fabric specialist will pick the best denim for your application. The sample will be delivered with generic trim unless you provide your own branded trim. You may also choose from one of our trim development packages. Of cause the trim development also be accepted.

Develop

Sample turnaround time is 2 to 5 weeks depending on workload and how complicated the sample is. Sample lead time starts after fabric selection is complete. If this is the first sample you order for that body, we recommend you only do 1. Once you get your first sample and workout all the kinks, you can then order various colors or washes knowing the fit is perfect.

Produce

A denim production order can be placed once you received and approved your sample. The minimum production order is 300 pieces per style/wash, any size combination.

PRICING

For custom denim samples, Hez Ventures will develop samples according to customers’ requirements. Different fabrics, processes, and washing effect all affect the price of samples. Based on our experience, we have summarized some customized needs you may want, if you have other special needs, please contact us and we will give you a more detailed sample quotation.

If you want to add some crafts on jeans like printing, and embroidery. You just need to send us your pattern, we will quote you the pattern development fee according to size, number of colors changes
