ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Before making samples, we will first understand your target market, product style, required process, budget and time.
You can send us one or more of the following:
Measurements of the fit you’d like to acheive or send us a fit reference garment (can be from any brand as long as you like the fit) and we will measure it and send it back to you Sketch, drawing or pictures of your design details and target wash Techpack if you have one
At the same time we show our clients how we can achieve your goals.
We will ask what kind of fabric composition and weight you are looking for. Our fabric specialist will pick the best denim for your application. The sample will be delivered with generic trim unless you provide your own branded trim. You may also choose from one of our trim development packages. Of cause the trim development also be accepted.
Sample turnaround time is 2 to 5 weeks depending on workload and how complicated the sample is.
A denim production order can be placed once you received and approved your sample. The minimum production order is 300 pieces per style/wash, any size combination.

Our QC department are staffed with skilled field technicians working with our factory matrix. They are on location in the factories responsible the following:
Child Labour: Hez ventures has no employees under the age of 16.
Health and safety: A safe and healthy workplace environment is provided by Hez ventures who also prevent any potential health and safety incidents and work-related injury or illness from occurring.
Discrimination: Hez Ventures is prohibited from engaging in discriminationin hiring, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement.
Disciplinary practices: Hez Ventures is prohibited from engaging in or tolerating the use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion or verbal abuse of employees.
Working hours: Hez Ventures comply with applicable laws, collective bargaining agreements and industry standards on working hours, breaks and public holidays.
